We deliver worldwide from Helsinki, Finland. Typically we ship the goods within 48 hours (business days) from your order. Orders are delivered by Finnish Posti and its partners. Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days, depending on your location. The shipping cost is always shown in the shopping cart at the checkout. The complete list of the countries to which we deliver with their respective delivery costs can be found here. If you cannot find your country on the list, please email us and we will do our best to arrange shipment for you.
All our products are available online, please note that we do not take orders by email or by phone. In case you did not receive an order confirmation after your order was placed, please email us.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you for some reason are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your order within 14 days from the order date. We will refund products only if they are unused in its original, undamaged condition. The products must also be in the original packaging, including all tags. Once we have received and accepted your return, we will make a refund of the value of the returned product. Return or exchange shipping costs are at the customers own expense.
Only regular priced items can be returned, sale items cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of personal care products, such as shampoos and conditioners, etc. Return items that are used or damaged will be returned to customers at their own cost.
For return and exchange packages, please ensure that your package has enough postage paid. We will not accept returns or exchanges where the postage is not fully paid. For all returns, please send us an e-mail first and then we figure it out.
For returns from non-EU countries high costs may occur due to tariff regulations, import taxes etc. All additional return or exchange shipping costs are at the customers own expense.
If an order sent to you is returned to us as undeliverable, we reserve the right to add the shipping and processing cost to the expense of our customer. Non-collected packages are not covered by the right to return items as well as not seen as a returned order.
If of any reason the unlikely case that the product is faulty or damaged please email us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please include your name, your invoice number and a short description of the event. We will then advise you further on how to proceed. We will naturally carry the shipping and exchange costs for faulty products.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Business Eurocard), Direct brand transfers (Aktia, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Osuuspankki, Oma-SP, POP-Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki, Ålandsbanken, Danske Bank), Invoice (Svea), Credit facility (Svea), MobilePay and Pivo.
All payment transactions conducted through Bali the Dog are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your information security protection. Sensitive payment related information is not stored and all sensitive information is handled over SSL encryption. All deliveries include the Finnish VAT (24%). For certain countries, please note that local costs may occur, such as taxes or customs. These charges are carried by the customer.
All products remain Bali the Dogs property until the full payment is made. The prices and shipping costs applicable for the order are presented in euros at the checkout at the time of confirming the order. Possible foreign currency exchange rate differences are carried by the customer.
