We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason. Please fill in the refund order form and include it in the shipment. Send the products to following address and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. Return or exchange shipping costs are at the customers own expense.

We deliver worldwide from Helsinki, Finland. Typically we ship the goods within 48 hours (two business days) from your order. Orders are delivered by Finnish Posti and its partners.
